i am awake

It is 2:25am and I am awake. I don't need to be awake... I just am. I was in bed for four hours unsuccessfully trying to sleep so I decided to get up instead of keeping Erik awake. I had nothing better to do at 1:45am so I made myself a grilled cheese sandwich. It was the yummiest grilled cheese sandwich I have ever had. And now I am looking up Ghanaian recipes like Red Red, Groundnut Soup, and Jollof Rice. I think Erik has a delicious week in store for him!
