what is wrong with this picture?
Erik is missing his wedding band. It slipped off while he was working in the community garden on Sunday.
I am often overly sentimental, but this recent loss doesn't bother me. I should maybe clarify that it hasn't bothered me yet. Who knows how I will feel in the future. For now I will enjoy holding Erik's hand without him squishing my fingers into his ring.

Gary never wears his wedding ring, and I'll be honest, I rarely wear mine either. He doesn't wear it because of sports and I don't wear it because I don't want to scratch the kids when playing/changing etc with them. Still, it would be sad if we actually lost the rings we do have.
Ash, I wonder if it might still be in the garden somewhere...?

Bummer about the ring - I hope you guys can find it! It would be nice to have back, no matter what.
Our church volunteers at the community garden in Rutland (among many other things). We actually have a plot this year and are growing vegetables for whoever to use. What is left over will be brought to the food bank... I think that's what's happening.
hmm wonder if anyone you know has a medal detector? You guys can go on a date with it searching for the ring. tehe
When we were on our honeymoon we watched a couple out on a "date" with a medal detector it was the funniest thing to watch them move up and down the beach, he held the detector & would point where she would have to dig. haha we could tell she was not enjoying the outing.
