Erik came to visit this week. My cousin came out for volleyball so Erik hitched a ride with some parents. It was great. We went and watched volleyball (Michelle ran over a cat on the way) and then we just laughed a lot. A nice little break from school.
well. I have far less to say than I thought I did.

I love the scenery in these pictures. So much more beautiful that the nasty commodity crops (which have been recently mowed down) that surround me in the midwest. Seriously. Depressing. Small farms need to make a comeback.

Hey Erik, is that shirt new? Thrift store new, or dept store new? It looks like it could go either way. Quite farmy, especially with the little baby pumpkin you're holding there.
